When Morningstar became president of the former USA she helped pass a bill to add a second source for currency in the United States. Seeing as the Federal Reserve was a separate entity she did not see why we had to use that system for everything. So the people launched an alternative. As people changed values new bills for the united states and a new international currency came in to being with beloved heroes from any cultures commemorated on the bills.
